Rules and booking
25 % at booking, balance due 15 days before arrival.
Those terms spare, your accommodation will be considered vacant.
The booking dates cannot be changed before or after your initial stay. No reductions will be made on the initial cost for any late arrivals.
48 hours post date, accomodation will be released for further booking.
On your arrival, you will be asked for a 200 € deposit. Providing no damage has been found in your lodging, your deposit will be fully refunded 5 days after your departure date. In case of a necessary cleaning of the accommodation, a 35 € surcharge will be deducted from your deposit.
